Erasmus student form and important deadlines

Once you have been nominated as an Erasmus candidate by your University, please send your student form to your coordinator at the University of Zaragoza by:

• 30 May, if you wish to study and/or take a practical placement with us during the first academic term (September to February) or the whole academic year.
• 30 November, if you wish to study and/or take a practical placement with us during the second academic term (February to June).

If you need to modify your initial Learning agreement once you have arrived in Zaragoza, you should do so before:

• 30 November, if you are spending the first academic term or the whole academic year with us.
• 15 March, if you are spending the second academic term with us or you have extended your stay in Zaragoza until June.
